Delete my Account & Data

You can request deletion of your Luzora account and data. Please make sure your request follows our Data Deletion policy. This deletion does not include information we are required to keep for administrative, legal, security, fraud prevention, backup, or dispute resolution reasons. We aim to complete verified deletion requests promptly and no later than 30 days after verification. If additional time is legally permitted because a request is complex, we will notify you within the initial 30-day period.
